What to tell us
The more of this you can include, the faster we can respond usefully:
- Property address, or at least the town
- What you need — removal, trimming, clearing, storm damage, or you are not sure
- Roughly how many trees, and roughly how big
- What is near the tree: house, garage, fence, power lines, septic, driveway
- Whether a truck can get reasonably close, or whether access is tight
- Whether you want the wood left for firewood or hauled away
- How urgent it is
Photos help a lot. One from a distance showing the whole tree and its surroundings, and one of the base of the trunk, will often let us give you a useful ballpark before we even come out.
What happens next
- We get in touch to arrange a time to come look, usually within a few days for routine work and immediately for hazards.
- We walk the property with you and discuss options honestly, including when a tree does not need to come down.
- You get a written estimate covering scope, price, and timeline.
- If you want to go ahead, we schedule it. If not, that is genuinely fine — no follow-up pressure.
